Dear DRBS Families,

Student Learning Conference bookings will open today at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask all families to schedule a conference time, as these meetings provide an important opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher to discuss their progress, celebrate successes, and identify next steps in their learning.

Conference Dates:
Friday, March 131:15 PM – 3:30 PM (Online)
Friday, March 208:00 AM – 1:00 PM (In Person)

School Council Meeting

Our next School Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10 at 6:45 PM. All parents and guardians are welcome to attend and learn more about the many initiatives happening at DRBS.

Volunteer for Book Fair

The DRBS Spring Scholastic Book Fair is coming up, and we are looking for volunteers to help make it a success! A portion of all sales goes back to our school in the form of product rewards that are used to purchase valuable school resources. Last spring, we raised $2,550 for school resources—thank you for your support!


No Police Clearance is required for the following volunteer positions:
- Set-Up and Tear-Down Volunteers - Duties include: setting up and arranging book displays, moving boxes, and tidying up.
- Book Sale Volunteers - Duties include: managing purchase transactions, assisting students, restocking displays, and helping Librarian Roxanne with book orders.

Work Bee

Sign in at the office and then meet in the staff room to help prepare materials for our teachers.  We will copy, cut, laminate, fold and hole punch materials. No experience needed. No police clearance needed.
This is a nice opportunity to help out and get to know people in our school community!
