Concert Week is here!

Staff and students have been working very hard and are excited to perform! Please join us if you can.

A few details:

• As we are short on space, we ask that each student only have 2 guests. If you are bringing small children who can sit on your lap they are not included in the 2, should they require a chair the need to be one of the guests.
• Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the event starting
• If you would like to take your child who is performing home with you after the concert, please email your classroom teacher prior to the concert. To avoid large disruption in all classrooms we ask that you NOT ask to have sibling come out and go home early but wait until regular dismissal.
• Please remember without written permission we can not allow any individuals to pick up your child other than those listed as primary contacts on your registration form so if someone else is taking your child home you must email the classroom teacher, preferably before school that day.
• December 17 – 11:45 PM Kindergarten Winter Concert
• December 17 – 2:15 PM Grade 1 & 2 Winter Concert
• December 18 – 2:15 PM Grade 3 & 4 Winter Concert
• December 19 – 2:00 PM Grade 5 & 6 Winter concert

HELP WANTED:

We are looking to our parents to see if anyone can help us video the concerts so we can share them to those who are not able to attend. We thought we had a system; however, it may not be the best. If you have skills and equipment, please contact us and we can discuss some ideas.

• December 20 is PJ & Winter Sweater Day

Thank you so much for your incredible generosity. We have been able to help out many others this season thanks to your support.

Please note that next week’s fun lunches have been re-scheduled to January. Your orders will automatically transfer to the new dates. 

The decision was made to reschedule these lunches due to both space and time constraints with our Winter Celebrations.  It made the most sense to focus on our children’s concerts without any possible disruptions from outside sources during their performances. 

 We will have three lunches in January. Thursday, (yes a Thursday), January 9th; Tuesday, January 14th and Tuesday, January 28th. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions please email: drbsfunlunch@gmail.com
