Our end-of-year Sports Day is just around the corner, and we need 30 amazing volunteers to help bring this exciting event to life!

What is Sports Day?

Sports Day is a high-energy, fun-filled celebration where our students take part in a variety of games and challenges as we wrap up the school year. With this year’s Superhero theme, expect lots of action, smiles, and school spirit!

How Can You Help?

We’re looking for enthusiastic parent volunteers to help run activity stations set up around the school field.

✅ No experience needed
✅ Clear instructions and equipment provided
✅ Ongoing support throughout the event

All you need to bring is your energy and enthusiasm!

Event Schedule

• 8:45 – 9:00 AM: Volunteer welcome & briefing (Launch Pad)
• 9:00 – 9:30 AM: Station setup
• 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Student activities
• 12:00 PM: Cleanup

🍉 Watermelon Donations Needed

We’re also looking for parents to donate pre-sliced watermelons (approx. 10–11 lbs, cut into ~30 pieces) as a refreshing treat for students.

• ✅ Total needed: 30 watermelons
• ✅ Label containers for easy pickup after the event
• ✅ Drop-off: Day before or morning of
